I'm a VArtist with the appearance of a mostly generic catgirl, as you might've noticed. While my pen name is Noireko, I go by Yukqri outside of art. Currently, I only do character illustrations, but I'd like to expand my skills to doing 3D art eventually.
If you wish to support me and my works, you can do so by simply interacting with my posts on X/Twitter or pixiv, donating/subscribing to my Ko-fi, or commissioning me for an illustration of your liking from me. Anything would be greatly appreciated!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms in its entirety. These terms apply to all commissions done independent of an art platform. Any violations may be reported to relevant entities and result in restriction from future usages of my services if found.


TL;DR
  - Deadlines can't be requested yet
  - Revisions can be requested during the creation process to an extent
  - Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Stripe, and Ko-fi
  - Payment shall be sent before I finish the final sketches, sometimes earlier or upfront
  - Refunds possible under certain circumstances
  - I retain the rights to my works
  - No AI.


ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESS
I may accept or decline any commission requests at my own discretion after reviewing the details and sometimes trying to draft out the artwork. This can take some time depending on my availability, and whether I accept or decline, I shall notify the requester after making my decision.
If the request is accepted, I will propose a price (which may or may not differ from the initially provided budget) and guaranteed delivery date to the client. If they accept the proposal, I will send them a link for payment via their preferred payment method and start working on the commission or put it in a queue if there is one.
I will notify the client as soon as I start working on their commission and give updates/request reviews as I deem necessary or when requested. The creation process usually doesn't take more than 15 days, but please keep in mind that I'm not obligated to spend all my time working on a commission.
The finished work(s) will be delivered to the client through a private channel. If it is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date accepted by the client, they may request a refund.


DEADLINES
Deadlines can't be requested yet as I'm unsure how to handle them, but I usually don't take more than 15 days for each illustration.


REVISIONS
Minor changes to the artwork can be made following feedback at any point during the creation process. Major revisions may only be requested before I start working on the line art. Please understand that these revisions take time and may delay the completion of the work.


PAYMENTS
Accepted payment methods are: PayPal invoices, Stripe payment links, and Ko-fi tips
Payments shall be sent at any point before I finish the final sketches. I may sometimes request early/upfront payment depending on the client's reputation, in which case the creation process will be delayed until the payment is sent or I change my mind.


PAYMENT
  - Refund requests are only accepted in cases of financial emergencies/crises with sufficient evidence provided, or if I can't deliver the commissioned work within the guaranteed delivery date.
  - If I am unable to complete the order for any reason, I will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days as soon as I am physically able to.
  - No chargebacks under any circumstances.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain ownership of all my works, including the rights to share them online and use them to promote my services.
Rights to the characters featured in my works belong to their respective owners, be it myself, the client, or a third-party, and shall not be violated.Personal licenses are included with all commissioned artworks and authorize the client to use them only in manners that do not generate revenue, including:
  - Using them as profile pictures or banners their personal accounts (ones that aren't used to post or promote monetized content);
  - Displaying them in personal settings, such as device wallpaper or personal accessories (mousepad, keychains, other decorations);
  - Sharing/reposting them casually on social media;
  - Saving them for personal enjoyment/as part of a personal collection.Purchasing a monetized content license further authorizes the client to use the commissioned artwork(s) for digital contents that generate revenue, these usages are prohibited without this license and include:
  - Featuring the commissioned work(s) in promotional social media posts and advertisements or thumbnails of monetized content (eg. livestreams/videos that generate revenue);
  - Featuring them in paywalled content;
  - Using them as profile pictures or banners of official (eg. VTuber) accounts belonging to the licensee.


PROHIBITED USAGES
The following usages of my works are strictly prohibited in all circumstances regardless of license:
  - Any usage that supports the usage and development of generative artificial intelligence (genAI); this includes but is not limited to:
    - Using my works as training data for any genAI models;
    - Altering my works using genAI;
    - Involving my works in any way with the use of genAI.
  - Transferring/Selling licenses for my works to a third-party, as I'm unable to make sure they agree to these terms.
